John Gearing began his career in the British Army Intelligence Corps before serving as a platoon commander in the Royal Hong Kong Police, leading tactical and emergency units and earning a Governor’s Commendation. Transitioning to the corporate world, he has held leadership roles at Aldi, adidas, True Religion, VF Corp, and Kontoor Brands, driving market expansion, business turnarounds, and strategic growth across APAC, Europe, and the Middle East.

With an MBA in M&A and executive certifications from INSEAD and Oxford, John specializes in scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and delivering transformational results.
