Kevin has 28 years of extensive experience in fashion, lifestyle and sportswear business development in APAC region, with strong track records & unrivalled connections in Greater China, Japan and Korea, South-East Asia as well as ANZ. He has worked and helped various international and Chinese local companies to get business started, developed and accelerated.
Kevin helped & led brands like Lee brand (Jeanswear) and Kipling (Fashion accessories) to be leading brands in APAC typically. Lee became no 1 Jeans in China with 700+ stores in China while Kipling was the most profitable brand at VF Asia & Kipling APAC was the biggest region & 16X growth (8M to 135M) under Kevin's leadership.
Kevin holds a bachelors degree in Fashion Clothing from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and 2 master degrees, namely International Business Management from Hong Kong City University and EMBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Consumer Insights & Marketing Strategy Lead
Sarah has over 20 years of retail banking experience operating globally at a senior executive level with, among others, HSBC and Citibank.
Sarah is a consumer insights and retail strategy expert with track record in identifying business opportunities, building compelling business cases, influencing stakeholder consensus, and driving implementation to deliver stretched KPIs within stringent time and budget. She designed and rolled out customer lifecycle management frameworks, deployed CRM tools, and helped overcome challenges involving global liaisons to achieve double digit uplift in customer revenue.
Sarah also has extensive operational experience having overseen the business for a major retail bank across Asia.
Sarah’s MBA is from HKUST, Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
David has built up an extensive knowledge of the Global denim and fashion industry leading Design, Merchandising and Buying teams in Europe and Asia with VF, C&A, H&M and Kontoor where he was VP of Product for Asia Pacific for the Lee and Wrangler brands. He has developed award winning, high margin products with a focus on innovation and collaboration throughout his 40-year career.
Based in Hong Kong he has a deep understanding of the APAC and Chinese market needs. David is a visiting fellow at the Hong Kong Design Institute.
China Market & Strategic Planning Lead
Gary has 15 years of experience in sportswear, lifestyle and style business in planning, analysis and strategy formulation in China.
Gary started his career as a management trainee in adidas Greater China, focusing on strategic planning and analysis. He has expertise in all planning functions – building models and processes to estimate the market size; trade-zone and city business capacity projections; revenue forecast down to store/POS level based on location, size and assortment. He has helped the executive leadership of several multi-national businesses such as VF, Nike & adidas to implement long-term strategy.
Gary has also co-authored several thought leadership articles on DTC business and market in China.
Gary holds a bachelors degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
